Returns and Complaints
The customer may, within 14 days, after receiving the product, return it and/or complain about any defects (except normal wear and tear of the product).
For this purpose, the return/complaint must be formalized via email sent to supportocliente@scarpin.pt . At the exhibition, the Customer must expressly indicate the reasons for their return/complaint, always mentioning the order number and the data with which they made the order/purchase.
The support team for the website https://scarpin.pt/ will coordinate with the Customer how to return the merchandise, if justified, SCARPIN assuming the return costs in the event of a defect in the merchandise. of the same and the costs of a new delivery.
In situations where the reasons for the return are not the responsibility of SCARPIN, the return will be accepted, only after checking the good condition of the returned parts and their packaging, with the amount paid by the Customer being refunded, less the delivery transport costs ( even if these were assumed by SCARPIN) and the return transport costs. 2. General Provisions
The use of the Online Store implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, in force each time you access the Online Store. These Terms and Conditions exclusively regulate the purchase and sale contracts concluded through the SCARPIN Online Store between the Final Consumer (hereinafter also «User») and SCARPIN, (hereinafter only « S CARPIN »), as well as any other commercial transaction carried out through from the Online Store.
If you do not agree with any of the provisions of both documents, you should not access or use the Online Store.
SCARPIN may, at any time, change, partially or fully, these Terms and Conditions, so it is recommended that you consult them prior to any use of the Online Store.
3. General Conditions of Sale
This text defines the functioning of the Online Store and explains its sales conditions. The SCARPIN Online Store is an e-commerce site dedicated to the sale of footwear and accessories. The sale of products in the SCARPIN Online Store is only permitted to those over 18 years of age, capable of legally entering into contracts.
SCARPIN is the legal entity responsible for sales on the website https://scarpin.pt/ , and the conclusion of purchase and sale contracts through the Online Store are only available to Final Consumers.
Under Law 24/96, of 21 July, a Final Consumer is considered to be anyone to whom goods are supplied, services rendered or any rights transferred, intended for non-professional use, and therefore not intended for resale.
S CARPIN reserves the right not to process any order placed by anyone who is not a Final Consumer, or who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The products presented in the online catalog are limited to existing stock. In the event of unavailability of any item, S CARPIN will inform the Customer. For some products, duly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.

When you visit the Online Store or send an email to S CARPIN you are communicating electronically. Therefore, the User accepts that, for the purposes of this Agreement, any communications from S CARPIN will also be carried out electronically, thus satisfying all legal requirements inherent to written form. 5. Prices and products
The products proposed for sale are those listed in the online catalog available at https://scarpin.pt . These products are described and presented as accurately as possible. The photographs are illustrative, so it is recommended that you consult the product’s characteristics in detail.
The prices listed in the catalog on the website https://scarpin.pt are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus the applicable shipping costs. The prices and specifications of the products contained on this website may be changed by S CARPIN without any prior notice.
6. Order delivery and shipping costs
All orders confirmed by S CARPIN will be delivered by an external carrier to the address that the Customer specified for delivery when placing the order. The expected delivery time after order confirmation is 3 to 5 working days for Mainland Portugal, 5 to 7 working days for Mainland Spain and 15 working days for the Autonomous Regions and the rest of the world.
In the event of stock outages, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date, and may maintain or cancel the order.

Shipping costs borne by the Customer are calculated taking into account the weight of the merchandise and will be added to the order before it is finalized.
7. Payment methods
The Customer can pay for their purchase via Multibanco Reference (references valid for 5 days after placing the order), MB WAY, credit card and Paypal.
8. Order cancellation
The customer may cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been processed by SCARPIN. The cancellation of the order must be formalized via email sent to supportcliente@scarpin.pt .
The Customer must mention the same details as when placing the order, under penalty of the withdrawal being ineffective.
9. Non-acceptance of the order
SCARPIN reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Customer, in the following cases:
- a) Out of stock;
- b) Unavailability of the article;
- c) If SCARPIN considers there to be misconduct on the part of the buyer or any inconsistency in the personal data registered.
